When you use the contact form, we process the information you enter.

• Name, company, email address and optional phone number
• Area of interest and message
• Time of request and technical metadata

Simple page and interaction events are sent to our first-party endpoint /api/events only if you explicitly allow analytics. That selection allows limited UTM values (source, medium, campaign, content and campaign term) to be temporarily stored in the browser and attached to a website-CRM inquiry. These first-party UTM values are not sent to Google. The server also validates a signed first-party consent cookie. Without valid consent, no optional attribution is stored. Browser UTM values expire no later than 90 days after the first campaign visit. Withdrawal clears browser values and stops future transfers; CRM data already stored is not deleted in bulk.

Google Ads is used only after separate, optional consent. Before consent, no requests are sent to Google, Google Ads, Googleadservices or DoubleClick. After consent, the Google tag including Conversion Linker loads. Google receives technical page-view information, including page URL or path, page title, time, browser/device information and IP-related location information; ad-click and cookie identifiers may also be involved. Purposes are ad-click attribution, conversion measurement and campaign optimization. The provider and possible recipients are Google Ireland Limited and affiliated Google companies. Transfers to third countries, including the USA, may occur; the applicable transfer mechanisms must be checked against Google's contract and privacy information. The legal basis for optional storage/access on the device is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy settings, with effect for the future. The Google tag loads only after server-verified Ads consent. A conversion is sent only after durable CRM storage and uses only the random CRM lead UUID as transaction ID. No names, contact details, form contents, full referrer URLs or GA4 events are sent to Google. Remarketing, audience building and enhanced conversions are not enabled. Withdrawal prevents future measurement and deletes accessible Ads attribution cookies/browser values; it does not retroactively delete data already sent or CRM attribution already stored.

Google Ads identifiers are stored by the configured Conversion Linker in browser cookies or localStorage; exact duration depends on Google and browser configuration and is not set by maxQ. Google may process data under the retention rules applicable to the service. The legal details, especially third-country transfer mechanisms, retention periods and applicability of the stated legal bases, require final legal review before launch.

• There is no Google Analytics/GA4 tag, Meta Pixel or enhanced conversions.
• Your separate analytics and advertising choices are stored locally under maxq-consent-v1 and in the signed HttpOnly first-party cookie maxq_consent_v5 for up to 180 days. This consent data is used to enforce your choices; earlier consent versions are not treated as consent to this updated description.
• Google Ads remains off without separate, explicit consent. The analytics selection does not turn on Google Ads.

When you visit the website, technically necessary access data may be processed.

The website stores your choice in local browser storage (localStorage, key maxq-consent-v1) and in a signed HttpOnly first-party cookie named maxq_consent_v5. The cookie contains only the consent version, categories and timestamp; it is limited to 180 days, uses SameSite=Lax and is not transmitted to third parties. Allowlisted UTM values may remain in localStorage for up to 90 days after the first campaign visit. After separate Google Ads consent, Conversion Linker cookies and local browser values such as _gcl_* and _gcl_ls may store ad-click identifiers. Withdrawal prevents future measurement and deletes accessible attribution values. Exact Google cookie duration depends on Google and browser configuration. Necessary session cookies may additionally be used in protected sign-in areas. You may change or withdraw optional categories using “Privacy settings”.
